As well as distribution of our restored films for theatrical screenings (you can visit the Live Cinema section for more information), Photoplay also offers licensing services in a variety of areas.
PROGRAMME LICENSING
Our documentaries and restored features are screened regularly on TV channels throughout the world.
If you wish to enquire regarding the possibility of broadcasting any of our productions, please contact us on info@photoplay.co.uk. If we do not distribute the particular production you are interested in, we will advise you who to contact.
STILLS ARCHIVE
From its production work over the last three decades Photoplay has built up an extensive collection of original stills from the silent era, including many rare production shots.
We are able to licence images from our collection, as well as those of Kevin Brownlow and Patrick Stanbury, for reproduction in other programmes or publications.

CLIPS AND FOOTAGE
Alongside our stills archive we also hold a large collection of film material from the silent era – features, shorts and stock footage – much of which is available for licensing for use in programmes.
Photoplay is also able to licence clips from the interviews shot for our own series of documentaries.
